SES-App Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of SES-App as a SaaS application supporting guest registration operations.
Service nature
SES-App is a technical tool supporting customers with property management, guest registrations, documentation and integrations.
Account and users
The customer is responsible for account data accuracy, password security and actions of users invited to the account.
Guest data
The customer is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legality of data entered into forms and the panel. SES-App does not replace legal advice.
Payments
Access to paid features may depend on an active subscription. Failed payments may result in access restrictions.
Availability
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, third-party outages or migrations.
Prohibited actions
It is forbidden to bypass security, infringe third-party rights, upload malicious files or use the system unlawfully.
Liability
SES-App provides the service within the agreed scope but does not guarantee the correctness of data entered by the customer.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service evolves or the law changes. The current version is available in the application.
