SES-App Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SES-App processes user, customer and guest data in connection with tourist registration management and SES Hospedajes integration.
Data controller
The data controller is the entity operating SES-App as identified in the application contact details. Privacy requests may be sent to the support email shown in the application.
Data processed
We process account data, panel user data, property data, billing data and guest data required for registrations and legal obligations in Spain.
Purposes
Data is processed to create accounts, provide the SaaS service, handle payments, invoices, technical communication, support and legal guest registration duties.
Legal basis
Processing is based on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest in security and technical operation and, where required, consent.
SES Hospedajes
SES-App may prepare and transmit guest data to competent authority systems according to Spanish law. The account operator is responsible for the accuracy of data entered.
Payments and invoices
Payments may be processed by Stripe or other external payment systems. Billing data is processed for accounting, tax and invoicing purposes.
Retention
Data is retained for the period required by law, the duration of the contract and the time necessary to establish, exercise or defend claims.
Rights
Data subjects may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Security
SES-App uses access controls, user roles, CSRF protection, activity logs and session security. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Processors
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email, payment, invoicing, support and compliance service providers.
